
Ingredients:
- Chilies
- tomato
- spring onions
- coriander
Procedure:
- Heat the oil in the pan.
- Fry roughly chopped chilies and spring onions.
- Stir it well until both of them is nicely done.
- Then after a little while put the tomatoes in the pan and fry together.
- Put some salt and add some turmeric powder for the yellowish color.
- Stir the pan well so that it doesn’t burn.
- Add freshly chopped coriander and fry for some time.
The meal can be eaten during dinner and whenever there is an urge to eat something spicy. It is best eaten with the rice and milk.
