The Simplest Meal for Breakfast

The fastest way to fill the hungry tummy!!!

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Onions
  • Chillies
  • Vegetable oils
  • Salt
  •  Red Chilli powder
  • Ginger
  • Garlic

Procedures:

  1. Fry the onions and chillies in the pan until it becomes brownish. Add red chilli powder, ginger and garlic for the taste.
  2. Add the beaten eggs and add little salt in the pan and fry it into small pieces.
  3. Keep the fried eggs aside and into another pan heat the oil.
  4. Put the boiled rice and fry it. Add salt according to your taste.
  5. Stir the rice so that it does not sticks with the pan.
  6. In the big pot add both the fried rice and eggs and stir it well.
  7. For those who prefer meats can deep fry any kind of meat and ad together.

Fry rice is the common food that every Bhutanese’s eats during breakfast and it is easy to make. To make the taste better Bhutanese makes a side dish to go along the food which is known as “ezay” which it made up of few vegetables.

  • Grind black pepper
  • Red chilli flakes
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Diced tomato
  • Locally made Bhutanese cheese.
