Bhutanese Bathub

During the cool rainy weather something hot suits as the appetite.

Most of the restaurant in Bhutan, this dish is sure to get but mostly it is served during winter season due to its hot taste. Even the households make this dish together with their family adding good memories! The shape of Bathub defer depending individuals taste and preferences.

Ingredients:
✓oil

✓salt

✓Flour

✓red chilli powder

✓spring onions

✓black pepper

✓Tomatoes

✓Spinach

✓deep fried beef or pork

Procedure:

✓Add water to the flour and make a dough.

✓Make small rolls and cut into strips like flat pasta.

✓ Bring the water to boil and add the strips and bring it to the boil and add little salt for the taste.

✓In another pan, fry roughly cut spring onions and tomatoes. Add chilli powder and fry it well.

✓ Add the fried veggies in the boiled Bathub and bring it in the boil together.

✓Stir it together and add black pepper on top.

✓Add salt

✓ Chop spinach and add on the top before bringing down the stove.

For additional taste most people prefer adding fried beef or pork😃😁😀
